Vik Pale Ale Kit

A Classic Pale Ale with an aftertaste of malt and fruit that ends with a very pleasant bitterness. Definitely a light and thirst-quenching beer suitable for any time of the year.

Makes 23 litres of beer from the Brewing at home kit
This beer kit includes specific yeast and hops to be able to carry out the Dry Hopping, details that make this malt of quality? superior.

Remember to add 1 kg of sugar before starting fermentation., You can replace the 1 kg of sugar with Beer Enhancer 

To carry out the Dry Hopping, at the end of fermentation, simply open the lid of the fermenter, throw the hops inside and close it again.
After about 3 days you can proceed with bottling.

The VIK Beer kit does not come with  any equipment for brewing at home, But VIK has some great starter kits like the VIK Platinum Fermentation Starter kit

You will still need to add bottles to the starter kit, but it does come with the following

2 fermenters of 33 litres with tap hole,

2 sealed lids equipped with hole with gasket to insert the bubbler

2 Airlocks

2 taps (complete with anti-sediment ferrule),

1 Hydrometer Jar

100 crown caps (diam. 26 mm.)

3 scoops for gassing,

1 scoop for beer

1 pack of Puro Oxi of 100 gr / metabisulphite 250gr

1 bottle washer toothbrush

1 column capping machine with 2 interchangeable fillers for crown caps of 26 and 29,

1 eco Rinser

All you need now is a beer kit to make great beer from this starter kit

If using Bottles the use of Carbonation Drops makes it super easy with VIK Carbonation Drops about 90 in a packet for 500ml you will need 2 drops each bottle
