On the rocks fruit ciders uses high quality apple concentrate and a large fruit add-back pack for the flavourings which not only contains real fruit juice to give a subtle flavour. But has also gone though rigorous taste tests and development work to ensure only the best possible results.

Makes 40 Pints (23 Litres)
Equipment is not included in with this kit, you only need basic fermenting equipment and of course bottles or barrels once fermented
To Make On The Rocks Cider KitsĀ you will need the following Equipment
- A food grade plastic or polythene containerĀ with a loose fitting lid large enough to hold 40 pints (23 litres). A 25 litre fermenting vessel is ideal
- A length ofĀ plastic tubingĀ to syphon the fermented beer intoĀ bottlesĀ or a barrel.
- A pressure barrelĀ or bottles sufficient for40 pints (23 litres)Ā PET (Plastic) fizzy drink bottlesĀ are suitable or brown beer bottles with crown caps are ideal. Note – Do not use glass bottles with cracks or chips in them or non-returnable glass bottles.
- A proprietary cleaning agent such asĀ Youngs Cleaner/SteriliserĀ to clean your equipment.
