A complete all grain kit to produce 40 pints of Munich craft beer.
A rounded smooth and rich full malt flavoured beer. The  blend of Vienna & Munich malts perfectly replicate the beer style served at Oktoberfest. The hint of sweetness and hop aroma give this beer a distinguished character. 
This produces a beer of approx 5.3% abv, 25 IBU, 14 EBC

Hops: Cluster, Mittlefruh
Yeast: Harris Premium Beer
Extras: Britewort, Beer Brite, Pure Brew

The weight of this kit is 5Kg, all the hops are weighed in separate bags to add at various stages in the boil. Complete with full instructions.
