A pale straw-coloured cider with a fresh apple aroma. Well balanced with a delicate oak finish. It’s crisp, refreshing, and smooth on the plate. Makes: 23 L at 7.2% ABV

This kit also comes with priming sugar for your barrel or bottles.

Festival Oaked Cider Ingredients:- Yeast,

Apple juice concentrate (75%), dried fruits and flowers ( apple(8%), raisins, rowanberries, rosehip shells) oak chips, malic acid, flavouring, yeast nutrient, dried yeast, sweetener:acesulfame K, water, sodium metabisulphite

Below is a list of the essential equipment needed to make your festival cider kit
Fermenting Bin 25 ltrs + – To ferment the oaked apple cider in
Pressure Barrel or Pet Bottles, 2 packs enough for 5 gallons of beer – To Store and condition the beer ready for drinking
Syphon Equipment – To aid moving your oaked apple festival cider from the fermenter to the barrel or bottles
Hydrometer – To Measure the gravity of the festival oaked apple cider when it starts and finishes
LCD Thermometer – Sticks on the fermenting bin to help you get the right brewing temperature 16oC – 24oC is for festival oaked apple
Steriliser – Not equipment but is essential part to keep all equipment clean and sterilised when used
Water – Beer is made from 95% water. Tap water will be fine, filtered is better to remove the chlorine will help give you the best result.
